I have found a way around this and its simple, I use a Fruit and Vegetable market. Find a Fruit and Vegetable shop or market close to you (Paddy’s in China Town)and you will be very surprised at most items being at least 50-70% of the usual price, I challenge you to check it out. You will find that most are neighbored by Seafood dealers and Butchery’s.
WHAT DO EAT – What can i eat? The simple rule of thumb that i use. If a caveman wasn’t able to find it to eat then its a NO! This means what you are about to eat is not processed and is REAL FOOD!
