Buddy Training is a training option where you and your partner can train together in a gym setting. The main benefit with this style of training is pushing your training partner to new levels as you share similar training goals inside of your sessions.
Your training sessions will be programmed so you can follow a program which is results based as long as you adhere to the periodised training protocol.
Training phases we can participate in include dropping that unwanted body fat, gaining that lean muscle you have struggled to put on or build some functional strength for your sport.
We will be monitoring your nutrition with a diary as we follow a few simple guidelines to get you the results you deserve even faster!
You want results quickly, so we will be testing the pair of you on a consistent basis from Body fat & Girth measurements to increases in Lean Mass and Maximal Strength.
