At Signature Fitness, we tie worker productivity directly to the health of the worker. We believe that traditional approaches to current health issues are misdirected. These traditional efforts are what we call reactive–that is, they wait until after the worker has been stricken with illness or injury, and then pay for the necessary treatments. Our approach, which emphasizes prevention and good health promotion, is much more proactive.

By helping employees change their behavior patterns and choose more healthy lifestyles, Signature Fitness will lower a company’s health care expenditure, while raising worker productivity. Health care expenditure will decrease by reducing medical insurance premiums, absenteeism, turnover rates, worker’s compensation claims, tardiness, shorter hospital stays, etc.

My Approach to this program is to come into your workplace and implement a nutritional plan in a group setting and conduct a Q & A on Fitness or Wellness topics. In regards to workplace fitness training, the norm is Outdoor Group Training, as its great for team cohesion and variety that the employee will enjoy participating in.
