Personal Training is a customised service, meaning everything from your training program to your nutritional/supplementation program will be designed specifically for you.
The best approach I have discovered is to test Flexibility/Strength in the Upper and Lower extremities and then program accordingly. After this process your body will have the strength and flexibility to excel in any training protocol, whether you would like to go into a body fat reduction phase, maximum strength or even to pack on some lean muscle.
You will be provided with a Training & Nutritional diary. We can then look into a nutritional plan that is going to get you amazing results, coupled with the right supplementation for you.
Your results will be monitored on a regular basis so we can record our success together.
In my professional opinion Personal Training is the most successful program I offer as it’s all about you and getting you the results you want FAST.
