The Biosignature program has been excellent for me, and has seen me drop 4 kilos and 4% body fat during the period. My weight has always been around the mid 75kg mark and trying to break that plateau has been challenging for me.
The main reason I started the program was to get leaner and improve my performance on the foot ball pitch. I was at a point of frustration as I had reached that point when I had hit a plateau with my weight for some time. It didn’t matter how much exercise I did nor how healthy my diet was, the weight wouldn’t move and I had not reach my ideal goal yet.

I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia which didn’t concern me too much. I informed Lenny, who then came back to me with his research and explained what impact it actually was having on me. With patience and determination that I would pass this plateau stage by following Lenny’s advice in changing my lifestyle: that included improved sleep, lower stress levels, type of exercise and the Paleo diet.

There were stages when I just wanted to give up in the first month and go back to sweaty Cardio, staying up late to fit more into my day but I’d have to remind myself that this wasn’t going to be a quick fix! Those habits of mine is what got me to this place. As the weeks and months went on I felt the difference with my energy levels, I felt stronger and mentally capable to overcome Fibromyalgia.

The next step I chose was the Biosignature to keep me on track and encourage me. Also it gave me a true understanding of how my body was changing which was really motivating. It helped me achieve great results as I have finally kicked Fibromyalgia in 3-6 months period compare to 12 month as previously advised.

What next….I got engaged recently and I’m getting married next year so it doesn’t stop here. Next month I will be doing an Estrogen cleanse to boost my results and give me the look I want for my Wedding Dress.

After almost 15 years of regularly teaching aerobics and weight training in December last year I was unable to train due to the pain and subsequent surgery to remove a bulging disc. In all this meant that I took a total of 9 months of exercising completely. During this time I also took on a new role at work which meant that my stress levels, sleep time and diet also took a hammering.

As a consequence I noticed my body composition change significantly and for the first time I personally experienced all the symptoms of leading an unhealthy lifestyle especially in regards to my ability to handle stress and get quality sleep.

My first biosignature consultation with Lenny was very eye opening as all of these lifestyle factors were confirmed by heightened cortisol levels, symptoms of adrenal stress, fluctuating energy levels and increased bodyfat.

With Lenny’s coaching I have lost 7kg in only 8 weeks. The astonishing thing is that I only started back exercising in the last 2 weeks so the first 6 weeks weight and body fat loss were purely through following the Lenny’s advice on diet, water intake, supplementation and improving sleep quality and length.

The key challenges have been to move to a meat and nuts breakfast (more psychological than anything!), and being a busy professional, ensuring the discipline to eat and take the supplements regularly. I have found the diet recommendations easy to follow after all it’s all about taking responsibility for your choices. For those who find it hard I can recommend spinach, celery, mint and apple juice as a great and tasty way to get your fill of veges – and the kangaroo patties from Coles as a cheap and easy source of protein!

In am the first to admit I haven’t followed the program religiously especially when it comes to being sociable on the weekends so I am personally amazed with the results I have gotten. Now that I am back training I’m looking forward to now starting to revise my goals to include increasing muscle mass whilst continuing to drop body fat towards my goal of getting below 15%.


6 weeks before my wedding I came to Lenny with a desperate request- I had found my perfect wedding dress but it did not fit me. With no time to have something custom made I opted to work hard and loose those couple of extra kilos that would see me fit into my dress.Over the past few years I had attended the gym on and off, at times working really hard and seeing fast results only to put all the weight back on and more.

Following Lenny’s initial assessment of my state of health, we developed an exercise and eating plan that was realistic and that I could continue well after my wedding day.

In 6 weeks I lost 5 kilograms in weight. My body fat percentage dropped 4.5%. I was fitter and had more flexibility than I had been since I was a teenager. My core strength improved and I thoroughly enjoy working with Lenny every week.

Lenny helped me to achieve results I would never have been able to get close to by myself. His guidance and support really helped me conquer my biggest problem areas and look and feel amazing on my wedding day.

One of my key goals is to improve my fitness to help with my skiing. Over the last 6 months Lenny unpacked my basic frame, helping to extend my range of movement and flexibility. When I recently went skiing I found that I had greatly improved my ability to both sense my centre over my skis and to move through my turns. Once I had developed a sense of my posture and Lenny had introduced some basic skills with weights, I have worked through a structured program to increase my leg and core strength. When turning on skis the ability to steer well requires a strong core and flexibility in the legs. As a ski instructor I am continually seeking to improve my skills, and the careful program that Lenny has guided my through has made a significant improvement to my skiing.
